At BPI’s Annual Dinner earlier this year, keynote speaker Vince Warren of the Center for Constitutional Rights reminded us that “the time to act against injustice is always now.”
Though we’ve been at the work of making social justice a reality in Chicago for more than 47 years, the powerful call of now fuels BPI’s work every single day.
In the pages of our most recent annual report, you’ll find examples of what BPI, with your help, is doing now to answer the call of justice in our housing, community development, education and early learning, and justice reform work, including the especially urgent demand for action now in our new police accountability effort.
BPI and our community partners, funders, supporters, and friends have accomplished much together over the past year to advance the cause of justice.
