Sally Gonzalez is the Managing Director of Finance and Operations at Impact for Equity. A mission-focused professional with over 15+ years of proven success in both for-profit and non-profit sectors, Sally serves on BPI’s executive leadership team providing strategic planning, guidance, and vision for continuous improvement of the organization. A strategic leader and trusted thought partner, Sally’s skills are focused on identifying areas for improvement in operations, finance, technology, and human resources while delivering measurable, cost-effective results for the organization.

Prior to joining Impact for Equity, Sally was Vice President of Operations for the Better Government Association (BGA), Illinois’ only non-partisan watchdog organization. Sally also served as Director of Business Administration for Cara Collective’s Cleanslate Chicago, a social enterprise focused on creating opportunities for individuals with barriers to employment.

Sally attended the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC), completed the 2019 inaugural Social Enterprise certification program from UIC and was named a 2019 “Future Innovator” from REDF, a venture philanthropy that invests exclusively in social enterprises that employ and empower people overcoming barriers to work.

In her free time, you will find Sally cheering on the Chicago Cubs, attending community festivals, and competing in trivia events.
